Key Responsibilities
Acquire current customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA).
Conduct field visits and generate leads through local market activities.
Explain banking products, features, and advantages to potential customers.
Assist customers with account-opening documentation and procedures.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and acquisition targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Cross-sell relevant banking products and services.
Maintain daily sales activity and customer follow-up reports.
Follow all banking policies, KYC guidelines, and compliance requirements.
