We are looking for enthusiastic and technically inclined IT Support Executives to join our team and provide technical support for LocatR software and related computer/networking issues.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of computers, basic troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to learn software and technical support processes. Candidates with networking knowledge will be preferred.

Freshers with a BCA, B.Sc., or similar computer/IT-related qualification are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers/users for LocatR software.
Troubleshoot software, computer, and basic networking-related issues.
Assist users with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, operating system, internet, LAN, and connectivity issues.
Guide users over phone, email, or other support channels.
Identify technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical team.
Maintain proper records of customer issues and resolutions.
Learn and understand LocatR software features and provide effective user support.




Follow standard IT support and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of computers and Windows operating systems.
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, IP address, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity is an advantage.
Positive communication skills.
Ability to understand and resolve user problems patiently.
Willingness to learn new software and technologies.
