Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to manage overall inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy and availability, minimize inventory losses, and maintain effective warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory planning, stock levels, and overall stock control.
Monitor inward, outward, put-away, picking, dispatch, and stock movements.
Conduct regular cycle counts, bin audits, rack audits, and inventory audits.
Ensure accurate physical-to-system stock reconciliation and resolve variances.
Monitor shrinkage, damages, expiry, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and stock storage standards.




Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Production teams for inventory requirements.
Maintain proper warehouse layout, binning, SKU segregation, and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS and reports.
Monitor key inventory KPIs such as stock accuracy, shrinkage, ageing, turnover, and availability.
Lead and train the inventory team and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce inventory losses and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelors or Master's or equivalent degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and audits.
Good Excel and ERP/WMS knowledge.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
High attention to detail and solid ownership of inventory accuracy.
