About the Job: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating recent business opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospects across Public Sector Units (PSUs) and Government organizations. This role requires proactive outreach through phone, email, and video conferencing, with the goal of qualifying leads and building a strong sales pipeline. The SDR will collaborate closely with the sales team and senior leadership to drive growth in the government and PSU segment.

Role & responsibilities
Martech tools expertise: Proficient in Lusha, D&B; Hoovers, Selling.com, and other prospecting platforms to identify and engage PSU/government stakeholders.
Customer engagement: Connect with decision-makers in PSUs and government bodies via phone, email, and video conferencing to understand their needs, qualify prospects,



and introduce Right Management solutions tailored to public sector challenges.
Result orientation: Demonstrate attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in lead qualification and pipeline building.
Adaptable work hours: Willingness to work across time zones and shifts to align with government schedules and procurement cycles.
Data analysis skills: Solid proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI to analyze outreach effectiveness and report on PSU/government sales metrics.
Cross-team collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales colleagues and senior leadership to align strategies for government accounts.
Outbound prospecting: Comfortable making outbound calls to PSU/government prospects to build and expand the sales funnel.
