Handle end-to-end processing of Consumer Durable Loan applications.
Verify customer documents, KYC details and eligibility as per company guidelines.
Process loan applications accurately within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Coordinate with customers, dealers and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation for all loan applications.
Check customer information and supporting documents for completeness and authenticity.
