Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with minimum 2 years of experience, preferably from the Stock Broking / Financial Services / NBFC / Fintech industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and closing positions across sales, operations, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Recruit for profiles such as Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, Dealer, RMS, KYC, DP, Operations, Accounts, Digital Marketing, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.




Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure smooth interview-to-joining conversion.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS.
Work on multiple vacancies simultaneously and achieve hiring targets.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
Candidates from Stock Broking / Financial Services / NBFC / Fintech will be preferred.
Solid hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up, negotiation, and candidate-handling skills.
Target-oriented and capable of working under deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS office

Education

Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
