Job Summary

Spinny is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our team at Sector 48, Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, updating records, and preparing reports using MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in internal systems and Excel sheets.
Ensure data accuracy and identify/correct discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain regular MIS and operational reports.
Work on large data sets and perform data validation and reconciliation.
Use Excel functions and tools for data analysis and reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates.
Maintain required trackers and ensure timely updates.

Required Skills




Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Entry, MIS, Back Office, or a similar role.
12th Pass or above.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
Hands-on experience with VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic Excel formulas.
Good typing and data-handling skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
