Job Summary

Oak Tree Software is looking for a Recruitment Operations & Quality Manager to oversee daily recruiter and team performance, work allocation, quality, and reporting. The role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience managing recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor individual recruiter and team performance against daily/weekly targets.
Track Recruitment Lead/Team Lead performance and overall team productivity.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/performance reports with team-wise analysis.
Allocate daily requirements, tasks, and priorities across recruiters/teams.
Conduct regular progress checks and ensure all assigned work is completed before EOD.
Audit recruiter performance,



submissions, follow-ups, documentation, and process adherence.
Identify performance gaps and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and quality.
Maintain accurate records of allocations, submissions, interviews, closures, and KPIs.
Work closely with Recruitment Leads to ensure operational discipline and target achievement.

Requirements
3 - 6+ years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing Operations, Quality, MIS, or Performance Management.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and staffing operations.
Advanced MS Excel/MIS and reporting skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
