Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, FRS/SRS documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management. The candidate should be skilled at translating business requirements into transparent and actionable functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and discussions.
Prepare and maintain FRS, SRS, BRD, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
Create AS-IS and TO-BE process maps and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, technology teams, and project managers to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Support functional solution design, requirement validation, UAT, and implementation activities.




Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and obtain stakeholder sign-offs.
Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts related to business and system changes.
Ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills
Solid experience in Business Analysis and requirements management.
Hands-on experience in FRS/SRS documentation and process mapping.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional specifications, and UAT.
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Valuable understanding of business processes and application requirements.
