Role & responsibilities
Source current customers and generate leads for car loan business through dealerships, referrals, and field activities.
Achieve monthly disbursement, login, and business targets assigned by the organization.
Conduct customer profiling, document collection, and preliminary credit assessment.
Coordinate with dealers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Maintain customer relationships, provide post-disbursement support, and ensure portfolio quality.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline with sales experience in auto finance, banking, NBFC, or insurance.
Robust communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Knowledge of car loan products, documentation, and local market dynamics.
