Operations of Fleet of Busses, strategies, policies, procedures (SOP’s).
Identify process improvement prospects and create projects to
accomplish them. Shall be Responsible for Customer Delight & Rating,
Internal Process Reporting & Audit, Training & onboarding recent
employees (Classroom Training + On Job Training) & coaching
also Training to Internal Team (RM,TM etc) & Captains, Performance
Measurement & Management, Proper Implementation of
Compliance , Issue reporting & resolution, Service excellence,
Monitoring of processes related to sales & Revenue.
