Responsibilities:
Implement and support SAP HCM modules: OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS
Configure and maintain employee master data, organizational structure, and payroll settings
Design and execute SAP HCM solutions based on business requirements
Collaborate with clients on requirement gathering, blueprinting, and implementation
Provide support for SAP HCM processes and resolve user issues
Ensure compliance with statutory and business-specific regulations
Conduct end-user training, UAT sessions, and create documentation

Requirements:
1+ year of experience as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant
Hands-on expertise in OM, PA, Time Management, and Indian Payroll
Positive knowledge of SAP HR Infotypes, schemas, and rules
Familiarity with SAP ESS/MSS and Fiori-based applications
Understanding of HR business processes and statutory compliance
Strong analytical, documentation,



and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Nice to Have:
Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM on HANA
Experience in writing functional specs and working with ABAP developers
Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (FI, MM)
Familiarity with SAP BTP or Workflow enhancements

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon Fri)
Salary: As per industry standards
Work Mode: In office (New Delhi office)
