Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data models that accurately represent business processes and requirements.
Perform data mapping to ensure consistency and integrity across various data sources and systems.
Conduct data quality checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights.
Utilize basic SQL and Python skills to query, manipulate data, and automate routine tasks.
Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Conduct data analysis (by monitoring & reporting on data pipeline performance) to improve data pipeline efficiency/effectiveness.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data quality management.
Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and performing data manipulation tasks.




Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation purposes.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Experience in the financial domain of hedge funds, fund admins, banking is a plus.
Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (e.g., Apache Airflow) is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a rapid-paced setting and manage multiple priorities.
