Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly.

Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist with opening and closing store procedures.

Lifting and moving merchandise (typically up to 2550 lbs, depending on the store).
Working in a retail workplace with frequent customer interaction.
