Manage monthly learning programs from end to end, starting from Training Needs Analysis, planning training calendars, organizing trainings, gathering feedback, and managing training records.
Work on LMS for creating training modules and maintaining training records.
Establish transparent learning outcomes for each program, setting expectations upfront while providing a roadmap for success for all participants involved in L&D; activities.
Develop customized e-learning modules to accommodate diverse learning
Enhance employee performance by designing and delivering effective training programs.
Facilitate virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning sessions.
Partner with subject matter experts to develop accurate, up-to-date course content that met organizational objectives.
Optimize training budget allocation by identifying cost-effective solutions, such as leveraging in-house expertise or utilizing online resources.
Experience : 6 -8 Yrs
Education : Any graduate with excellent communication skills
