The prospect: Manager-GOV-Tech Consulting-CNS - TC - Technology Strategy & Transformation - Current Delhi

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution architecture across applications, data, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define scalable, secure, and high-performance designs using appropriate technologies (open source, middleware, databases, cloud, AI, etc.).
Drive technical decision-making-tool selection, architecture patterns, integrations, and system design.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions through functional analysis, solution design, and documentation.
Ensure seamless integration across systems (APIs, middleware, external platforms).
Lead estimation, sizing, and capacity planning to ensure optimal cost, performance, and scalability.
Oversee delivery and implementation, guiding development teams and ensuring adherence to architecture standards.
Manage risks and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring system stability, reliability, and performance.
Incorporate emerging technologies (AI/GenAI, big data) to drive innovation and business value.




Govern security, compliance, and best practices across all layers of the architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders (business, product, engineering, vendors) to ensure successful outcomes.
Mentor and guide teams, building architecture capability within the organization.

Requirements
People with the ability to work in a cooperative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
