Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with solid hands-on experience in
Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and overall digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage performance marketing budgets and improve ROAS, CPA, CAC & ROI.
• Take ownership of revenue generation through paid marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance, funnels, conversions & customer acquisition.
• Develop strategies for scaling profitable campaigns.
• Conduct audience research, retargeting and A/B testing.
• Track and report key performance metrics and revenue growth.
• Work closely with the creative, e-commerce and sales teams.
