Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or Qualified Scrum Master (PSM).
PMP would be valuable to have.
Experience in software development or IT project management.

Work Setting

This position mainly involves working in the office with intermittent needs to participate in off-site meetings or events. The office setting fosters a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere, promoting agile methodologies and team collaboration. As a project Manager, the candidate should possess strong project management fundamentals, including scope, estimation, scheduling, tracking, risk and issue management etc. The project involves multiple tracks. Experience of managing multiple tracks and integration teams is required.
