Role & responsibilities:
Lead the development of current compressed air dryer products.
Manage engineering changes and product updates.
Ensure process adherence to deliver high-quality products.
Drive design optimization to achieve material cost reduction.
Preferred candidate profile
6 to 10 years of experience in design and development of dryers or Refrigeration and air-conditioners.
Core experience in design and development of dryers for compressed air application
Solid knowledge of refrigeration compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, refrigerant control systems, and refrigerant line sizing.
Experience in manufacturing processes and product testing.
Familiarity with supplier development and vendor management for dryer-related components.
Knowledge of applicable standards, statutory requirements, and product certifications.
