One time Joining Bonus: 25% of monthly Salary on joining and 25% after 6 months. (Total 50%)

Key Responsibilities:
1.Supervise and manage complete civil construction activities from RCC to finishing stage.
2.Monitor and supervise RCC works, including reinforcement, shuttering,
concreting, curing, and related activities.
3.Supervise finishing works such as brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and other civil finishing activities.
4.Read and understand construction drawings and execute work accordingly.
5.Manage and coordinate labour, subcontractors, and site teams.
7.Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, and contractors.
8.Ensure work quality as per approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
9.Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
10.Plan daily manpower and material requirements.
11.Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution issues.
12.Ensure proper safety practices and discipline are maintained at the construction site.
13.Maintain productivity and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and materials.
