Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage and oversee the company's financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and MIS.
Handle GST, TDS, taxation, and other statutory compliances.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities.
Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and fund requirements.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial reporting.
Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.




Ensure compliance with applicable financial and statutory regulations.
Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.

Taxation, GST, and TDS
Budgeting and Financial Planning
Cash Flow Management
Audit and Statutory Compliance
Knowledge of Tally / ERP systems
Advanced MS Excel skills

Qualifications
CA / CMA / MBA in Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred.
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Mangalore.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
