Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end technical hiring, from sourcing to closure. The candidate should have solid experience in technical recruitment and be comfortable managing multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage technical hiring mandates from requirement understanding to joining.

Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, databases, referrals, and other channels.

Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, communication, and overall suitability.

Coordinate interviews, offers, and joining follow-ups.





Build and maintain a solid pipeline for current and future technology requirements.

Mandatory Requirements:-

4–6 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.

Mandatory experience in a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm.

Strong hands-on sourcing and Boolean search skills.

Recruitment experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Java.

Positive understanding of technical roles and technology skill sets.

Ability to independently manage and close multiple requirements.

Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
