Dlivering complex programmes with business and technical risks aligned to Enabling Functions priorities
Creating and maintaining programme and implementation plans across multiple teams and workstreams
Coordinating delivery across Product, Engineering, and Business teams to ensure outcomes are achieved
Identifying, managing, and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies
Supporting effective programme governance, tracking, and reporting
Communicating progress and insights clearly to stakeholders
Supporting budget tracking and financial forecasting activities
Building solid, cooperative relationships to drive accountability and continuous improvement
Contributing to the TPM community and sharing best practices
