Key Responsibilities
Support shift planning and execution to achieve daily SLA, CPT and productivity targets.
Track shift productivity, SLA and CPT performance and highlight operational gaps.
Ensure adherence to SOP, process, quality, UPP and audit standards .
Monitor CX CPT, Dock CPT, 3P CPT, TX CPT and NTBDR .
Conduct RCA for operational misses and support corrective actions.
Coordinate vehicle placement and ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements.
Track manpower availability, absenteeism and attrition as per CAP and floor requirements.
Support floor training and 555 audits to ensure process compliance.
Assist with space planning and utilization for efficient floor operations.
Promote a healthy workplace setting and support team motivation.
Handle and coordinate Operations, Customer, 3P and Vehicle escalations .
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience in warehouse / fulfillment center / logistics operations .
Positive understanding of SLA, CPT, productivity and operational metrics .
Robust coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage frontline operations and work in rotational shifts.
