Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist who can identify and attract qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
Create and use effective Boolean search strings to find relevant candidates.
Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
Meet daily and weekly sourcing targets.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
Valuable resume screening and candidate identification skills.
Solid communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
Valuable time management and ability to work with recruitment targets.
