Hands-on implementation experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Marketo Engage.
Experience integrating marketing platforms with Salesforce or another enterprise CRM.
Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, event-driven integrations, and batch processing.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with working knowledge of JavaScript and Velocity scripting.
Experience with testing, data validation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
Understanding of AJO/Marketo AI capabilities, prompt design, brand controls, privacy considerations, and validation of AI- generated marketing content.
