As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role requires coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of projects while serving as the main liaison for application-related activities. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement in refining application functionalities to meet evolving business needs, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented and maintained throughout the development lifecycle.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
Assist in documenting application design and configuration details to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster skilled growth.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in DevOps.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline software delivery.
Robust understanding of infrastructure as code and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Familiarity with containerization technologies and orchestration platforms to support scalable application deployment.
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot application performance to ensure reliability and availability.
Additional Information- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps.
This position is based at our Pune office.
