We are looking for a skilled Safety Skilled with experience in construction projects, specifically MEP works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ensuring the safety of employees and clients on site. This position is based in Blue Star Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions plans.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, injuries, and near-misses.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in safety management within construction projects, preferably MEP works.
Solid knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
