Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing architectural designs, concepts, and layouts.
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related software.
Support senior architects in preparing design presentations and project documentation.
Conduct site visits, measure existing conditions, and coordinate with contractors.
Ensure designs comply with building regulations, codes, and company standards.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software.
Robust creative, technical, and visualization skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
