Open BV is looking for motivated and hardworking operation individuals to join our team for the construction company immediate hiring

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Monitor WhatsApp, Email and Werkspot; prioritise and action messages promptly.
Client Management: Respond professionally, keep clients updated and ensure no significant communication is missed.
Craftsman Coordination: Manage schedules, arrival times, daily updates, materials and site requirements.
Scheduling: Prepare and communicate the next-day schedule to craftsmen and clients by 13:00.
Site Coordination: Coordinate inspections, addresses, access, delays and changes efficiently.
Information Flow: Ensure the right information reaches the client, craftsman, driver or management at the right time.
Documentation: Maintain accurate schedules, appointments, arrival times and updates in Google Calendar.
Transport Coordination:



Coordinate Daniel's stops, timings, tools and material requirements efficiently.
Communication Standards: Keep messages short, transparent, polite and qualified; request rather than instruct.
Issue Management: Resolve routine operational issues independently and escalate financial or critical matters immediately.
Quality Check: Before sign-off, recheck WhatsApp, Email and Werkspot and ensure all updates, pictures and actions are properly completed.
Planning & Follow-up: Track pending tasks and follow up until completionnothing should be left unattended.

Ensure smooth daily operations by keeping clients informed, craftsmen productive, schedules organised and information flowing without delays or missed communication.
