Position: Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and productive technical solutions.
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain desktop applications using C#, WPF, .NET, and Windows-based technologies.
- Participate in software architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues, ensuring optimal application performance and reliability.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Ensure product quality through unit testing, code reviews, and developer testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, UX, and cross-functional development teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to team learning and technical knowledge sharing.
- Support product releases, production deployments, and post-release maintenance activities.

Required Skills And Qualifications

- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software development with strong expertise in C# and WPF.
- Strong knowledge of .NET Framework/.NET, MVVM architecture, and desktop application development.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, software architecture, and clean coding practices.
- Experience with multithreading, asynchronous programming, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills using Visual Studio and related development tools.
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems,



application lifecycle management, and desktop application performance tuning.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with WinUI, UWP, or modern Windows application development frameworks.
- Experience developing hardware-integrated applications involving USB, Display, Bluetooth, Serial Communication, or Network Communication.
- Working knowledge of C++ and interoperability between C++ and C# applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar coding assistants.
- Knowledge of accessibility, localization, and internationalization best practices.
- Experience leading technical modules, driving design discussions, and mentoring software development teams.
