Long Description Role Summary Should have good knowledge in Indirect Purchase Process.

Key Responsibilities • Responsible for the Purchase of In Direct Material • Vendor Registration in Ariba Process by collecting all related documents from supplier • Supplier Bank Validation support with Finance • PR to PO Process in Ariba with Competitive Quote for IDM • Ariba Approval discussion with GSO & Spain Commodity based on the Requirements • Capex Invoice Updation in SAP – Invoice Management • Payment follows up with Finance and Reconciliation • Ontime Planning of IDM Material against the PR from the User Department • Responsible for the Annual Contracts with supplier, Internal Approvals and Ariba Approval with GSO for the Annual PR to PO • On Time supportability of Services like Forklift, Cranes, Packaging and Transportation against the User Requestion and Explicit RFQ Key Qualifications/Requirements • IDM & ARIBA – Reporting to Department Manager Purchase Knowledge and Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA in supply chain. Work Experience • At least 5 years’ experience preferably with procurement and supplier-management experience.
