Hiring: Business Transformation Analyst | Asset Management

We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Analyst with strong exposure to the Asset Management / Investment Management domain. The ideal candidate should understand investment products and services and have experience supporting RFPs, consultant questionnaires, and client documentation.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in Asset Management / Investment Management.
- Strong understanding of investment products, services, and business processes.
- Experience with RFPs and consultant questionnaire responses is preferred.
- Understanding of the investment business and financial products.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid proofreading and peer-review skills, with attention to grammar, spelling, formatting, and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple client requests, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under tight deadlines.




- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on large and complex client requests.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- FINRA/NASD licenses such as Series 6/7 and 63/66 are preferred but not mandatory.
