Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Business System Analysis (ERP – Finance and Accounting) role based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves analyzing and documenting business requirements for ERP finance and accounting modules, translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications, and supporting solution design in collaboration with technical and implementation teams. The individual will work closely with finance and accounting stakeholders to map current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and configure or validate ERP workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing data flows, supporting testing and user acceptance, preparing user documentation,



and assisting with training and change management. The role also contributes to continuous enhancement of ERP solutions by leveraging AI-driven insights and best practices in financial systems.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business requirements gathering, process mapping, Quality Assurance testing and documentation for finance and accounting workflows.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems focused on Finance and Accounting (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, budgeting, and reporting modules).
- Knowledge of core finance and accounting concepts, standards, and controls, with the ability to translate them into system configurations.
- Experince of testing mission critical applications
- Experience in testing ERP functionalities, validating data integrity, and supporting user acceptance testing and issue resolution.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and present complex information in a structured way.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the Pune Division, with self-driven time management and accountability.
- Exposure to AI or analytics-driven business solutions, especially in finance operations, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant ERP or finance certifications are a plus.
