We are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant with strong knowledge of Buy-Side Asset Management Operations and experience working on digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrate robust understanding of Buy-Side Asset Management Operations.
- Support the development of business cases for digital transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with business users to define strategies, objectives, timelines, and transformation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with diverse business and technology teams to design and implement suitable digital transformation solutions.
- Analyze and design key user journeys and business processes.
- Support solution implementation and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders across FinTech, Asset Management, Equity Trading, Issuer Communication, and Fixed Income domains.
- Ensure business processes and solutions comply with applicable policies and regulatory frameworks.
- Effectively communicate, negotiate,



influence, and manage business stakeholders.
