Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Cultivate long-term partnerships to foster repeat business.
- Key Account Management: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Revenue Growth & Forecasting: Drive revenue targets through pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular tracking of conversions and closures.
