Responsibilities

- Provide strategic HR support and advice to business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and enable the achievement of business objectives
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop tailored talent strategies and solutions
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
- Demonstrate solid business acumen and the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights,



and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and transformation

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR business partner or generalist role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to apply them in a dynamic business environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR interventions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
