Role Description The Business Head will lead overall business operations, strategy, and growth initiatives for Prime Landbase Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing sales and revenue targets, managing key client relationships, and driving expansion into new markets and segments.

The Business

Head will guide cross-functional teams, define performance goals, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and standards of ethical conduct.



Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing business performance metrics, optimizing processes, mentoring senior team members, and collaborating with stakeholders on strategic partnerships and investments. The role also requires monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business leadership or senior management roles, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Robust strategic planning, business development, and revenue growth skills.
- Excellent people management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Track record of implementing structured processes and maintaining high standards of ethical and compliant practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace with on-site presence in Gurgaon.
