We're Hiring: Business Development Trainee (Remote) for Outsource 360
Outsource 360 is looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Trainee who can sell high-value skilled services to founders, startups, law firms, and businesses globally.
This is a client-facing, revenue-focused role, not just lead generation. You'll research prospects, pitch solutions, build relationships, create proposals, negotiate, and help close deals.
What we're looking for
Freshers of BD/Sales experience
Excellent English communication
Confidence in pitching to founders & CXOs
Strong research, commercial & negotiation skills
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM & AI tools is a plus
Self-driven and comfortable owning revenue targets
