Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Bengaluru for Manufacturing/Build to print division. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating RFQs and converting them to repeatable business. The KRA is being able to onboard new clients and convert RFQs.

Qualifications





- 3-4 years experience in business development for EMS company, component manufacturer/distributor with experience doing business with leading OEMs and/or Tier 1s

- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills for prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills for managing client expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term relationships.
- Experience in B2B technology, electronics, or engineering services sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and adapt to a fast-paced, quality-focused setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
