- This position is for a Business Development Intern.
- End-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective Buyer leads assigned in CRM.
- Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
- Managing negotiations with Builder and Clients and ensuring deal closures.
- Lead generation through an offline real estate network.
- Maintain and update data bases of daily activities as per company standards.
- Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and objectives
- Keep time to time update on on-going projects as well as newly launched.
