Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Service Bush™ solutions and offerings. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs, and coordinating with operations and engineering teams to align service capabilities with market demand.

The role also involves preparing proposals, supporting pricing and negotiations, maintaining accurate records in CRM or related tools,



and providing ongoing customer support to help strengthen long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify opportunities and evaluate business performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, manage client relationships, and address inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation skills and familiarity with sales pipelines to drive new business and meet growth targets.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and data reporting for tracking and presenting business development activities.
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management in services or related industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
