? BDS / MDS + MBA

? ₹5.5 Lakhs Per Annum — Final & Non-Negotiable

This is not a conventional desk job.

You will operate at the intersection of:

Healthcare × Dentistry × Business × Operations × People × Technology

You will be the connecting force between doctors, corporate partners, BD teams, interns, technology partners, pharmaceutical companies, and the IDDA core team.

We are looking for someone who can:





Think → Plan → Communicate → Execute → Measure → Improve

? WHAT WILL YOU DO?1️⃣ LEAD DOCTOR ONBOARDING & PARTNERSHIPSTake ownership of the complete doctor onboarding journey.

You will

- Identify and engage dental and dermatology consultants
- Conduct introductory conversations and follow-ups
- Organize online/offline doctor meetings
- Understand doctors' requirements and concerns
- Coordinate documentation and verification
- Support agreement and onboarding processes
- Conduct conversion discussions when required
- Clearly communicate the IDDA proposition
- Build long-term professional relationships
- Maintain relationships with doctors across cities

Your responsibility is simple

Make sure a potential doctor doesn't disappear somewhere between the first conversation and final onboarding.

2️⃣ ? MANAGE MULTI-CITY OPERATIONSIDDA is working toward a Pan-India presence.

You may coordinate operations across:

? Mumbai

? Pune

? Nagpur

? Hyderabad

? Delhi

? Ahmedabad

? And other cities as we expand

You will monitor

- City-wise progress
- BD Executive performance
- Daily/weekly updates
- Operational gaps
- Team accountability
- Execution timelines
- Inter-city coordination
- Local market dynamics

We don't want someone who only knows what is written in a report.





We want someone who understands what is actually happening on the ground.

3️⃣ ? TRAIN & MANAGE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAMSOur BD Executives and interns will need continuous guidance, coaching, and accountability.

You will

- Train new team members
- Conduct training sessions
- Review communication approaches
- Guide difficult conversations
- Monitor follow-ups
- Identify performance gaps
- Conduct 1:1 coaching
- Improve conversion ability
- Review pitches and presentations
- Build accountability
- Maintain team morale

Responsibilities may include

- Connecting with senior doctors
- Building relationships with healthcare leaders
- Identifying CDE/CME opportunities
- Coordinating meetings
- Supporting event execution
- Maintaining participating-doctor relationships
- Developing long-term professional collaborations

Your clinical background will be especially valuable when engaging with healthcare professionals.
