Role Description

- Lead, manage and motivate the Business Development team to achieve targets.
- Handle day-to-day team operations and monitor individual and team performance.
- Set targets, track performance and ensure timely achievement of business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor leads,



conversions and overall sales performance.
- Guide team members in customer communication, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective customers and clients.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Team Handling.
- Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving business goals.
- Good leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in the EdTech / Education / Sales industry will be an added advantage.
