My Bathrooms is a premium bathroom and kitchen showroom in Kozhikode, moving from soft launch to grand opening this October. We're building the brand as an authority on how these two rooms shape health, hygiene and daily life, not just a fittings showroom.

We're hiring a Sales Head to run the sales team and personally own the architect, interior designer and real estate developer relationship channel. This is a leadership role with a personal book of business, not a desk job managing other people's numbers.

What you'll own

- The team's overall sales number, plus your own revenue from architect/BD/real estate relationships
- Weekly pipeline reviews: status, ownership, what's stuck and why
- The team's incentive structure
- A named list of architects, designers and developers you build and hold yourself
- Retraining the sales conversation from product-pitch to consultative, project-led selling




- Growing and structuring the team as it scales to 6-8 sales roles

What you need:
- Have personally built and run a relationship-led B2B or HNI sales channel before, built it, not inherited it
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and specification-style selling, not just walk-in closing
- Can read pipeline and conversion data and act on it
- Managed a team of 4 or more

Background can be real estate, architecture or interiors firms, premium furniture, luxury retail, high-value consumer durables, hospitality B2B, or jewellery. What matters is whether you've built a relationship channel with high-ticket, considered-purchase clients, not the exact industry. Kozhikode based.
