About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at MyGate, you'll be at the forefront of our growth — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, RWAs, and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
- Pitch MyGate's products and services to prospective clients
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior field sales experience is a plus
