Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Intelligic Solutions’ services across web development, mobile applications, design, hosting, and CRM solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.

The role also involves monitoring market trends,



developing sales strategies, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and reporting on performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation abilities.
- Candidates should possess skills in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of IT services such as web development, mobile applications (Android and iOS), web and graphics design, hosting, and CRM solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research, chance analysis, and developing go-to-market and growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to explain technical solutions in business terms.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in IT services, software development, or digital solutions sales is preferred.
