The Business Development Manager – Abrasive Films is responsible for developing and expanding the market for film-backed abrasive products across targeted industries. The role focuses on identifying recent business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and positioning Grind Master as a preferred solution provider for grinding, finishing, polishing, and micro-finishing applications.

The incumbent will work closely with customers, application engineers, distributors, other functional teams, and manufacturing functions to develop sustainable business and achieve profitable growth.

- Knowledge of, grinding, polishing, lapping, and knowledge of abrasives, micro-finishing processes will be additional advantage.

Qualifications

Experience

- 8-15 years of experience in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, Business Development, or Industrial Product Sales like Grind wheels.
- Experience in abrasives, surface finishing, cutting tools, industrial consumables, precision manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record of developing new markets and achieving business growth targets.
