We’re looking for ambitious students from Hubli and Dharwad who want to get real-world experience in business development, sales, partnerships, and startup building.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and generate current business opportunities
- Reach out to potential customers and partners
- Build relationships with colleges, students, businesses, and organizations
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Support sales, outreach, and partnership initiatives
- Organize and participate in local events and workshops
- Follow up with leads and help convert opportunities
- Work directly with the team on new growth experiments

Who We’re Looking For
- Students or recent graduates based in Hubli/Dharwad
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Comfortable speaking to new people and making calls
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Interested in startups, entrepreneurship, sales, or business
- Kannada and English communication skills are a plus
- No prior experience required
