Role Description The Business Development Executive – SAP role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for SAP-related services, building and nurturing a strong sales pipeline, and driving lead generation through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels. The executive will conduct market research, understand client requirements, and prepare tailored proposals and presentations.

Daily activities include managing existing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, maintaining accurate CRM records, and tracking key sales metrics. The role also requires regular communication with prospective and current clients to build long-term relationships and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Strong Business acumen,



including understanding of SAP solutions and the finance and accounts outsourcing landscape.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience in Account Management, including relationship building, retention, and upselling or cross-selling services.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in IT, ERP, or SAP consulting and services.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and collaborate effectively with technical and delivery teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; SAP-related certifications are an advantage.
